Yu Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the ECE Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He earned my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and pursued postdoctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
