About me
Hi! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the CSE department at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), supervised by Prof. John C.S. Lui.
I received NSFC basic research scheme for Ph.D. students in 2024 and KDD best paper award runner up in 2022.
My works have also been selected as spotlight or oral in top-tier machine learning conferences like NeurIPS and ICLR.
My research interest lies in the theory of second-order optimization, distributed optimization, and the intersection of quantum computing and optimization.
I am more than glad to chat about these directions or any possible postdoc opportunities starting at 2026.
